GENERATION ZERO-THE REALITY OF WHAT HAPPENED WITH THE WORLD'S ECONOMY

October 18 2008, is the day that changed many people's way of living. At this point we are forced to see reality as it should be seen with the how we question the economy and with the way we see everyday life.

Firstly the issue on jobs has flooded people's minds across the globe. True that there are millions of positions available at the moment but it may only cater a few who have finished a degree in college. Secondly the issue on the new meaning of poor comes as more people seem to be at hardship compared to how they were before. Thirdly is the undeniable fact that budgeting has become a trend in today's society.

Generation Zero is a video documentary that may help us see why the things stated above happened. It takes us in an exploration on the cultural roots of the global financial meltdown; the narcissism that was said to have started during the 1960s and spreading its spawn through the "self-indulgent" 90s.this has exploded across the world in what we know as the present economic cataclysm.

The said documentation goes beyond today's economic nightmare as it gives us sound information as to how these things started and why it seems that even with the said progress people are still without jobs (at the most).

It is cry for reality--a tangible truth of how history has affected us and our way of life.
